If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

The Defendant served as the president of the Korea Federation from January 1, 2001 to March 30, 2007. On the other hand, from early 2003 to the end of 2005, the Defendant, as the chairperson of the E Community Center, led the construction of the E Community Center, and took overall charge of the business operation of the said Federation, including the execution of subsidies of KRW 1.1 billion for new construction cost, which was subsidized by the Net Armed Forces, and the management of funds.

① Around November 26, 2004, the Defendant arbitrarily released KRW 30 million from the Agricultural Cooperative (F)’s account in the name of the Defendant used in the above Federation, and around November 27, 2004, the Defendant lent KRW 27 million out of the Defendant’s birth G to the Defendant’s agricultural cooperative account (H). On the same day, the Defendant returned the money to the Defendant’s birth, and then paid KRW 878,00,000,000,000 to the Defendant’s wife’s wife around that time, and delivered KRW 3,00,000 to the Defendant’s wife’s wife’s cost of living, and deposited KRW 2.6 million to the Defendant’s mother K.

Around August 8, 2005, the Defendant deposited 130 million won in the Agricultural Cooperative (M) account in the name of the Defendant, and deposited 15 million won out of the said account to N, and paid 3 million won to P, respectively, by arbitrarily withdrawing 1.5 million won from the said account. Around August 16, 2005, the Defendant purchased 1.8 million won from the said L’s account and arbitrarily withdrawing 1.8 million won from the said L’s account, and paid 1.8 million won from the said account to P, and paid 1.8 million won to P, and 1.8 million won from the said L’s account to purchase 1.8 million won from O,1.5 million won from 1.8 million won from 1.5 million won from 1.5 million won from 1.5 million won from 1.5 million won from 205 to 1.5 million won from 1.8.24, 2005 to 1.5 million won from NA’s account.

This is that the defendant was kept in custody.
