A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

1. No person who intends to promise, contribute to, or express an intention to grant money, valuables, or other benefits in connection with the duties of an executive or employee of a financial company, etc.;

On June 2012, the Defendant, while working as a secretary at a certified judicial scrivener office located in the Daegu Suwon-gu Seoul Building, introduced I, who is an employee in charge of the lending of HA through EFF and loan hub G, and promised to receive the establishment of collateral security and registration related to the HA’s loan from the said certified judicial office office to receive the entrustment of the said office, and to pay part of the registration fee paid by HA to I in return.

Accordingly, on July 27, 2012, the Defendant remitted KRW 137,230,00 to H association account in the name of G, a borrowed account, as well as remitting KRW 137,230,00,00, in total 31 times, from September 13, 2013 to September 13, 2013.

As a result, the defendant contributed money to the duties of officers and employees of financial institutions.

2. No defendant B shall promise money, valuables, or other benefits in connection with the duties of an executive or employee of a financial company, etc., nor shall he/she express his/her intent to grant money, valuables, or

On 208, the Defendant introduced I, a member of the LAD office located in Daegu Suwon-gu, as a secretary, who is in charge of loaning of HAF through LAF, and promised to receive the registration of the establishment of collateral security and other related matters arising from the loan of HA association from the above certified judicial scrivener office, and to pay I part of the registration fee paid by HA to I in return.

Accordingly, on June 3, 2009, the Defendant entrusted the registration affairs arising in relation to the H union loans in the Daegu or does not exceed Daegu.
