A. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) owns D, the husband of the Plaintiff, and D created each of the instant real estate as to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (1) through (4) of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “the instant real estate”) with respect to the Ji-Government District Court, Goyang-dong Branch Office, which received on March 6, 2012, No. 26780, and No. 1 (5) through (8) of the attached list No. 1 (hereinafter “the instant real estate No. 2”) with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “the instant real estate”) from the same registry office on November 20, 208.

B. On April 15, 2014, the Nonghyup Bank, based on each of the above collateral security rights, filed an application for voluntary auction of the instant real estate No. 1 with the court C (hereinafter “the instant auction procedure”) on May 15, 2014, with respect to the instant real estate No. 2, and commenced the voluntary auction procedure.

C. During the process of the aforementioned voluntary auction, the Nonghyup Bank transferred the right to collateral security and the secured claim on the instant real estate No. 1 to Defendant U&A specialized in the securitization of U&S (hereinafter “Defendant U&S”) and transferred the right to collateral security and the secured claim on the instant real estate No. 2 to Defendant U.S. Specialized Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant U.S. Specialized Co., Ltd”). Accordingly, the name of the creditor was changed.

In the first auction procedure of this case, the landscape trees listed in Section 1 of Attached Table 2, which are listed on the land listed in Attached Table 1, 2, and 4 (hereinafter “the land listed in Attached Table 1”) among the real estate listed in Attached Table 1, are listed on the ground. In the second auction procedure of this case, the land listed in Attached Table 2, which is listed on the ground in Attached Table 2, which is listed on the land listed in Attached Table 1, 2, and 2 (hereinafter “each land of this case”).
