1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 200,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from May 31, 2016 to March 11, 2017; and (b).

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: On March 30, 2016, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 200 million to the Defendant on May 30, 2016; however, the Plaintiff was unable to receive the said loan despite the maturity of payment. 2. A judgment by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
