1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. From 32,00,000 won and December 27, 2015
1. On July 1, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) leased a building indicated in the attached list to the Defendant with a lease deposit of KRW 40 million; (b) KRW 1.6 million per month (after January 26); and (c) the lease period of KRW 2 years.
The defendant does not pay a total of KRW 32 million for 20 months from May to December 2015.
The plaintiff terminated the lease contract on the ground of the delinquency in rent by serving a duplicate of the complaint of this case.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above building to the plaintiff and pay money at the rate of KRW 32 million and KRW 1.6 million per month from December 27, 2015 to the completion date of delivery.
