A. Nevertheless, around March 27, 2017, the defendant received 125,000 won from the damaged person to the Saemaul Treasury account in the name of the defendant as the price for the goods and received the property of the victim.

B. The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, around March 28, 2017, posted a letter of “100,000 won card 6,000 won” on a smartphone hold box box in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and promised to sell KRW 100,000 won card to the victim F who reported and contacted this letter directly with the victim F.
