1. On February 11, 2016, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a closed window in front of the instant restaurant operated by the victim D, which was located in Daejeon Pungdong-gu, Daejeon; (b) went into the restaurant; (c) opened a safe in the said place; and (d) took cash 20,000 won. In addition, the Defendant stolen the property worth KRW 1,343,200, in total, by intrusion into the building at night over 11 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from August 22, 2016.

On August 4, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings: (a) 01:00 around Daejeon Pungsung-gu F and the victim G on the first floor, which had been in front of his clothes operated by the victim G on the first floor, and was in front of the victim G’s clothes, and was not corrected, and (b) did not discover any property to be stolen, but did not commit an attempted crime.

On September 10, 2016, around 03:22, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the church through the first floor window operated by the victim J, which was located in Daejeon Seo-gu I on September 10, 2016; and (b) caused a theft of KRW 10,000,000,000 in cash in the west. (c) On October 15, 2016, the Defendant who attempted to commit the larceny of intrusion into the night structure had intruded into the church through the window on the second floor and opened the window of the office of the fourth floor and tried to open the ice, but did not discover any property that could be stolen, such as having corrected the ice and failed to do so. (d)
