1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or are recognized in full view of the purport of Gap evidence 1-1-6 and Gap evidence 2-1-3, and there is no counter-proof.
The plaintiffs are those who operate a CATV relay broadcasting business by establishing and owning a transmission network in their respective business zones, and the defendant is a company operating a CATV relay broadcasting station business.
B. On May 1, 2004, the Defendant entered into a collaboration agreement with the Plaintiff’s two cable networks (A.C.W, hereinafter “b”) to engage in CATV broadcasting business using the transmission network of the Plaintiff’s two cables, and the main contents are as follows.
A: Defendant A and Plaintiff B: Scope of the Plaintiff’s personal history related to the Plaintiff’s two cables; (1) He/she: (2) He/she shall install, open, maintain and repair the subscriber’s transmission network; (3) build, maintain and repair the subscriber lines; (4) build, open, maintain and repair the subscriber lines; (5) notify and collect the subscriber’s license fees; (4) supply and demand of cable broadcasting programs; (5) notification and collection of license fees; (4) technical support for CATV broadcasting business and support for business education and training; (4) promotion of media advertising and service in the entire project area; (3) guidance and customer counseling services in the entire project area; and (4) operation and management of the entire project area; (4) installation of new subscriber lines and existing subscriber lines; (4) installation, maintenance and repair of subscriber lines; (4) installation of subscriber lines and facilities; (4) notification and entrustment of the subscriber’s license fees; (4) operation and management of customer counseling services in the collaborative area; and (3) allocation of customer counseling fees in the early region;
