The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
The Plaintiff asserts that, around March 28, 2015, the Plaintiff lent KRW 40,000,000 to the Defendant and that the Defendant made a verbal agreement to repay within several months, and filed a claim for the payment of the said loan.
The records of evidence No. 1 alone are insufficient to recognize the above lending fact alleged by the plaintiff, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
