On June 8, 2017, at around 14:05, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.090% in front of the apartment complex located in the middle of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; (b) was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.090% in blood; (c) was under the influence of driving a vehicle at Benz to turn to the left from Incheon on the surface; and (d) was under the duty of care to look at the front and rear left and to prevent accidents by accurately operating the steering system; and (b) was under the duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately operating the steering and steering system; (c) while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent to turn to the right-hand left at the right-hand side of the vehicle, and went to the right-hand side of the above India; and (d) was under the influence of the victim’s right-hand side of the said vehicle; and (d) was waiting for the victim’s injury on the left-hand side of the said vehicle.
