1. 피고인 A 피의자는 위 주식회사 B 회사내에서 컴퓨터를 사용하면서 2013. 5.경부터 2014. 5. 12.경까지 피해자 마이크로소프트 코퍼레이션에게 저작권이 있는 OS 및 오피스 프로그램, 피해자 주식회사 한글과컴퓨터에게 저작권이 있는 한글 프로그램을, 2014. 5. 11.경부터 2014. 5. 12.경까지 피해자 씨에스티 에이지에게 저작권이 있는 CST Studio Suite, 피해자 매스웍스 아이엔씨에게 저작권이 있는 MATLAB, Simulik 프로그램에 대하여 각각 권한 없이 불법 복제하여 사용하는 방법으로 피해자들의 저작권을 침해하였다.
