1. The Defendant shall order the Plaintiff to order each building listed in the separate sheet.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in the statements in the Evidence Nos. 1-1, 2, 2-2, and 3-1 through 4, the Plaintiff is the owner of each building listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each building of this case”) on February 6, 2015, who completed the registration of ownership transfer as to each building listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each building of this case”); Il-Tok was declared bankrupt as the Daegu District Court 2014Hau104 on November 6, 2014; on the same day, the Defendant was appointed as the trustee in bankruptcy; and the Defendant may recognize the fact that the building of this case is currently occupied, and the Defendant is obligated to order the Plaintiff to order the building of this case.
