In light of the facts leading up to the crime of this case and the law of the acceptance of the crime of this case, it is recognized that the defendant led to the confession of the crime of this case and reflects the nature of the crime of this case. On the other hand, the defendant has the records of punishment of the same kind in the past, and considering all the factors of sentencing such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, criminal records, circumstances after the crime, and risk of recidivism, it cannot be deemed that the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
