The defendant shall be innocent.

Reasons

1. The Defendant is the chairman of the Election Commission of Young-gu B Apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”), and the victim C (the age of 45, female) is the employee of the said apartment management office. The Defendant, at around 08:30 on June 5, 2019, up to 09:10 on the apartment management office of this case located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Mag-si, and on the ground that the victim’s work is performed and dismissed, the Defendant continued to visit the apartment management office of this case to the effect that the Defendant did not know that the Defendant had been working for the management office of this case for about 20 minutes. 2. The Defendant, upon his request of the head of the management office of this case, visited the Defendant that the Defendant would have been working for the management office of this case, and did not have been working for the management office of this case for about 10 minutes.
