A. The Plaintiff loaned to the Defendant the amount of KRW 30 million on January 4, 2008, ② KRW 30 million on September 10, 2008, and each interest rate of KRW 24% on a yearly basis. The repayment period for each of the above loans was extended until October 31, 2013.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from October 1, 201 to November 19, 2018, the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, as agreed upon by the Plaintiff.

Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (the Defendant submitted a written objection to the instant payment order only to the effect that he/she is dissatisfied therewith, and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a written reply or a preparatory document stating specific means of defense, and thus, the fact alleged by the Plaintiff is deemed to have been led to confession).
