[Criminal Power] On December 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the crime of special injury and obstruction of performance of official duties by the District Court, which completed the execution of the sentence on October 14, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 02:00 on August 15, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at the main point of “D” operated by the Victim C in Namwon-si, Namwon-si; (b) as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if he did so, the Defendant ordered the victim to pay the price; and (c) he received the victim’s alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the total market price of KRW 230,00 from the victim; and (d) from around that time to September 5, 2020, the Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 1,575,000 in total three times by deceiving the victims as shown in the attached list of crimes.

2. At around 02:12 on August 15, 2020, the Defendant heard the Defendant’s talking that “Isson will work, Isson’s will to take care of, and will take care of, the victim’s face to the Defendant’s head, and assaulted the victim by keeping the victim’s face.”

3. On September 16, 2020, at around 00:25, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) was h and Sivid in front of the G convenience store located in the Nam-si, Nam-si; (b) was h and Sivid in front of the G convenience store located in H on the same day at around 00:37 on the same day; and (c) he heard the details of the report from H, while the slope J, who was called out after receiving H’s report at around 0:37 on the same day, the Defendant expressed his desire to the effect that the J was “I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am for arrest,” and interfere with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of reports.
