1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,426,260 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 4, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. From November 2014 to August 2015, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) processed and supplied machinery parts equivalent to KRW 56,426,260, including “SAS10,12”; (b) received only KRW 22,00,000 until July 16, 2015; and (c) accordingly, (d) filed a claim for the remainder of KRW 34,426,260 by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
