[criminal records] Defendant B was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Incheon District Court on March 31, 2016 due to the destruction of special property, etc., and the above judgment was finalized on April 21, 2017.

[criminal facts] Defendant A reported and operated “H medical care center” in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G as “long-term medical care center for facility benefits,” and Defendant B is the head of the above medical care center (a planning director) who manages and executes the overall operation of the above medical care center.

The Defendants made a false registration of employees to receive long-term care benefits without directly verifying whether the injured persons actually work, actual duties, etc. when claiming long-term care benefits for the elderly to the National Health Insurance Corporation, and conspired to receive long-term care benefits by receiving additional allowances for human resources.

On May 2, 2012, the Defendants conspired to allow an employee in charge of name in the above medical care center to access the victim’s website on the computer, and, even though I did not work as a manager, I entered false facts as if I had worked as a manager in the above medical care center and satisfied the criteria for additional placement of human resources, and received the payment of 2,912,810 won from the victim on May 25, 2012 from around that time to February 17, 2017, and acquired the payment of KRW 446,22,690 in aggregate, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from around February 25, 2017.
