1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 71,641,963 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 15, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The partial term Plaintiff filed a claim for damages for delay from April 14, 2017. However, according to Articles 37(1) and 36 of the Labor Standards Act and Article 9 of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act, where a worker retires, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay wages, retirement allowances, etc. within 14 days from the time of retirement. As such, it is reasonable to rate the damages for delay from April 15, 2017, which is the day following the fourteen days after the date of retirement.
