The first instance court.
1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: "each statement of No. 9 through No. 13 of the judgment of the court of first instance" in No. 3 of the judgment of the court of first instance, and "the plaintiff sent the defendant's family travel at the time of the defendant's retirement" in No. 20 of the judgment of the court of first instance as "the plaintiff paid expenses for the family travel with his family members from March 24, 2008 to March 29, 2008" in addition to each statement of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance as stated in the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
