On June 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months at the Jeju District Court for fraud, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 15, 2015.

On February 9, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim D (18 years of age) on the front side of the ‘Ccafeteria' located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan; (b) placed the victim’s face on several occasions, and caused the victim’s face going beyond several times to drink, thereby taking the victim’s face into consideration for about 21 days.
