On March 19, 2017, around 17:15, the Defendant incinerated waste by using disposable gas bags at the house home of the victim C victim D(55 years old) in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-do. In the vicinity of the Defendant, the Defendant retired the waste despite the Defendant’s removal of the waste, because there is a public danger that the E victim F (V) who is adjacent to the victim D’s warehouse is located in a residential building, and thus, there is a public danger.

The defendant's negligence caused by the above negligence that the fire that incinerated the above garbage was moved to the warehouse of the victim D, and the victim F was partially destroyed by the fire that was moved to the roof of the building.
