A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime
1. "2013 Highest 6104";
A. On January 20, 201, the Defendant used the name of her mother who used the name of her mother to obtain a credit card and used it. 2. The Defendant, “(2013 Highest 6206)”, as well as bad credit holders, had a document containing personal information of an ambiguous B while having no intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she purchases goods or uses a credit card without any other income, with the intention to purchase and use the goods in the name of the said B;
