1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 11, 2018 to the date of complete payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire argument in Gap evidence No. 1, C transferred to the plaintiff the claim amounting to KRW 70,000,000 against the defendant on October 14, 2015, and the defendant agreed to pay KRW 70,000,000 to the plaintiff on October 14, 2015 by December 31, 2017.
According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 70,00,000,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 11, 2018 to the day of complete payment, as the plaintiff seeks.
Therefore, the claim of this case is accepted.
