The facts charged in the market are based on the premise that the defendant withdraws the above KRW 30,700,000 for the recovery of investment money without the consent of the victim.

On the other hand, the defendant asserts that "the defendant paid a total of 52,272,00 won of the golf-based machinery with the money of the defendant after the business operation with the victim, and the victim would first pay the money corresponding to the installment at the time from the profit-making. The defendant not only withdrawn the above KRW 30,77 million as part of the above installment but also used the victim to pay the money borrowed from the defendant's seat," and that the above KRW 30,70 million was withdrawn under the victim's consent, but also withdrawn the money under the name of paying the money lent by the defendant to the union, which is the principal company with the victim.

In light of the records, the victim stated that the defendant's total sum of 52,272,00 of the golf-based machinery installment payments paid after the business operation or the amount of investment is known.
