A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, while preparing for the application of the U.S. visa, attempted to forge another person’s Taekwondo listing, who is likely to refuse to issue the visa due to lack of Taekwondo standing experience, in order to employ the U.S. conasty female in the U.S. carnet D.

On April 18, 2006, the Defendant searched Internet portal sites without authority for the purpose of exercising at the office located in the above E-book, which was temporarily on a temporary basis between the first police officer and the police officer of the same year on July 2012, and entered the 36th Association Long-term National Organization (hereinafter referred to as the “FFF”) in the Taekwondo Games of the Republic of Korea on August 18, 2006.

2. Exercising forged private documents;

A. On September 14, 2012, the Defendant filed an application for the issuance of a visa (P-1) with the U.S. office of the U.S. Embassy in Korea located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, the Defendant submitted a forged letter of private document to the staff of the U.S. Embassy in Korea who is unaware of such fact as stated in paragraph (1) as if they were duly constituted.

B. On January 9, 2014, the Defendant, upon filing an application for the issuance of the U.S. visa (H1B) with the U.S. Embassy civil petition office at the above U.S. Embassy, submitted the forged private documents to the staff of the U.S. Embassy in Korea, as stated in Paragraph 1, as if they were duly constituted.
