[Defendant A, B, and C] The Defendants forged a credit card in the name of a foreigner from "K," which is a general responsibility of the forged credit card fraud group, and expressed a forged credit card at the store, and agreed to purchase and sell at 20% of the price of precious metals, etc. with the intention of 20% of the price if sold. The Defendants were to forge the credit card and use it.

가. 여신전문 금융업 법위반 위와 같은 공모내용에 따라 피고인 C는 2016. 8. 22. 경 서울 강동구 N에 있는 O 모텔에서, ‘K ’를 통해 성명 불상의 중국인으로부터 제공받은 노트북 및 리드 앤 라이터 (Read & Writer) 기기를 피고인 A에게 전달하면서 신용카드 위조 방법을 알려주고, 피고인 A은 2016. 8. 25. 경 위 모텔 부근인 P 모텔에서 노트북에 HID 프로그램 및 ‘QQ 메신저 ’를 실행시킨 후 리드 앤 라이터 기기를 연결하고 신용카드 1 장을 위 리드 앤 라이터 기기에 삽입시켜 신용카드 정보를 삭제하고, ‘QQ 메신저 ’를 통해 일명 ‘K ’로부터 전달 받은 진정한 신용카드 정보( 스페인, Caixabank S.A, Q)를 HID 프로그램에 입력시킨 다음 정보가 삭제된 신용카드 1 장을 위 리드 앤 라이터 기기에 삽입시켜 전달 받은 신용카드 정보를 입력시키는 방법으로 신용카드를 복사하여 이를 위조한 것을 비롯하여 그 무렵부터 2016. 9. 3. 경까지 같은 방법으로 별지 범죄 일람표 (1) 순 번 1 항 내지 5 항 기재와 같이 합계 5 장의 신용카드를 위조하였다.
