Reasons

Around 19:00 on October 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim B ( South, 29 years old) in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Trol 398 and the “The Home Packer C (Y, 7 years old)’s own child, “Woo Sheet Sheet Sheet Sheet Sheet Woo” to the victim’s left hand on the ground that: (b) on October 5, 2017, the Defendant used assaulting the victim’s flick, and flick Sheet.”
