1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 90,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 16, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on May 15, 2015, lent a total of KRW 90 million to the Defendant, including KRW 60 million, KRW 20 million on May 28, 2015, and KRW 10 million on June 4, 2015, and the Defendant agreed to make a loan certificate on June 4, 2015, at any time upon request of the Plaintiff.
