[Criminal Facts]

1. The Defendant, on April 16, 2015, was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Daegu District Court for interference with business affairs, etc. on April 16, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Detention House on May 7, 2015.

[2] The Defendant, on December 17, 2017, paid the alcohol value in the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, even though he/she had no intent or ability to pay the alcohol value.
