The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.
1. The facts charged [main charges] B and C are as follows: oriental medical doctors operating E oriental medical hospitals located in Seo-gu in Busan, and they can process insurance in an amount equivalent to 90% of the hospital cost, using the fact that patients insured by hand are able to receive hospitalized treatment at a cost equivalent to 1,80,000 won, including basic hospitalization fees, meals, curative treatment, high-quality treatment, and veterinary treatment, and one of them has selected insurance proceeds during pressure-odox (three times per week), public diagnosis prescription, and snow new technology treatment. The above amount created by Eul is able to add health foods, such as light-to-ro and alan, health foods, Exemption, and high-frequency treatment, such as 10% of the actual cost, and where patients insured by hand receive hospital treatment, it has been able to use the hospital's insurance proceeds in a way that they receive hospital's insurance coverage, and it has been allowed to use the insurance proceeds in a way that they receive hospitalization for all the above amount, and it has been allowed to use the hospital's insurance proceeds.
The Defendant, while knowing that an oriental medical hospital is operated as above, uses actual expenses insurance and ensuring insurance, using the aforementioned E oriental medical treatment program. In collusion with the above B and C, the Defendant was hospitalized in the above hospital for a total of 31 days from December 21, 2015 to January 20, 2016, and received KRW 4,718,860 from around that time to November 28, 2016 as insurance money under the name of the victim F (ju), by deceiving his/her employees under the name of the victim F (ju) for a total of 31 days, and received KRW 43,24,430 as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table of Crimes.
However, in fact, on May 29, 2015, the defendant was diagnosed by G Hospital and completed a regular inspection every three months after he/she completed the navigation cancer and radiation treatment.
