1. As to Defendant B and C’s joint and several liability amounting to KRW 150,00,000 and KRW 75,000,000 among the liability amount, Defendant B and C shall begin on May 1, 2017.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Claim against Defendant B: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Claim against Defendant C or D: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
