On November 6, 2012, the Defendant had the record of issuing a summary order of KRW 6 million in the same court on March 25, 2013 due to the same crime.

On August 5, 2015, the Defendant operated a B lus vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.157% at the 1km section from the 1km section to the front road of the sports park located in the 50-ro, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.
