A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 400,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On November 19, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around 15:30 on the street in front of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, on the ground that the Defendant towing the Defendant’s vehicle without any contact by the transportation guidance of the Yangcheon-gu Office and its affiliated public officials D, the Defendant: (b) deducted one unit of Samsung Digital Ca (VLU L301) which is a public object owned by the said D, and put the same in the back seat of the vehicle for parking regulation, thereby impairing the Defendant so that the siren of the said camera does not operate.
