1. On October 6, 2013, the Defendant alleged that the Defendant was unaware of the bicycle riding near the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si B, and was hospitalized in the D Hospital located in Osan-si, Osan-si on October 10, 2013 and received five-day medical treatment. On November 18, 2013, the Defendant filed a false claim for the above hospitalized treatment with the victim E, and filed a false claim for the insurance money, and received KRW 717,929 on the same day as the insurance money.

In addition, from the above date to August 30, 2016, the Defendant received a total of KRW 20,865,917 as insurance money from the victim at least eight times in total, such as the list of crimes (1) as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1).

2. On October 26, 2016, the Defendant violated the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention: (a) made a false assertion as if he/she was found to have driven a bicycle in the vicinity of the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si B; (b) was hospitalized in the D Hospital located in Osan-si C on the same day and received treatment for five days; and (c) around December 1, 2016, the Defendant was hospitalized with the victim E Co., Ltd. for a bicycle and was hospitalized for more than five days; and (d) filed a false claim for insurance money, and then received KRW 5,151,829 from the victim for the same day as the insurance money.

In addition, from the above date to November 5, 2019, the Defendant received 50,755,141 won in total as insurance money from the victims 14 times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2) from the above date and time to November 5, 2019, and acquired it, and subsequently received 3,331,564 won in insurance money from the victim F Co., Ltd. as stated in the list of crimes (2) No. 13, but did not bring about such intent.
