The Defendants did not pay the above fines.

1. 1. Defendant C

A. On January 5, 2017, the Defendant, at around 16:30, filed a false measurement certificate at the 6 wharf of Jeju-si Port No. 191, which was located on Jeju-si Port No. 191, as if it were a document duly constituted a forged measurement certificate, as described in paragraph 1, from the said G, to the employees of the coastal passenger transport business entity fluencing and high speed flucing company, who are aware of the forgery. B. On January 5, 2017, the Defendant, at around 16:30, offered a measurement certificate which does not actually take measurements at the wharf 6 of Jeju Port No. 191 on the Jeju Sea route on January 5, 2017, stating the total weight at will, and presents it to the employees of the CFR Co., Ltd.
