1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 38,012,636 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 25, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant indicating the claim entered into a contract for goods supply with the Plaintiff on January 01, 2013, and supplied various materials, etc. to the Plaintiff until December 2016, as well as 38,012,636 won out of the price of goods, and thus, sought payment of the unpaid amount of 38,012,636 won and delay damages.
