1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.

C. At around 00:00 on October 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) in the vicinity of “K” operated by the Victim J (Nam, 52 years of age) located in Ulsan-dong-gu, Ulsan-do; (b) confirmed that there is no room in the surrounding area; and (c) opened the rear door of the above restaurant and opened it into the above restaurant; (d) thereafter, the Defendant got into the above restaurant, and (c) held a safe with which the market price of Samsung Gggal ju S3 handphone, cash 66,00 won was unknown at the market price of the victim’s ownership in the Kabter.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.

2. In and around October 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around the “E” restaurant run by the victim D (Inn, 53 years of age) located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) a stone with a stone with a kitchen attached thereto, the Defendant shouldered the windows adjacent to the kitchen of the said restaurant.
