The Defendants respectively.

Defendants are licensed real estate agents and members of the D Association E-branch.

1. Defendant A’s fact, despite the absence of any useful fact that: (a) the victim FF in charge of the president of the Association E branch receives KRW 6 million from G, a member of the Association E branch; (b) was personally useful facts of production cost of KRW 14 million; and (c) 5 million, which was derived from advertising income at the time of the production of E branchren Cial, was committed the following acts.

At around 01:00 on February 5, 2010, Defendant B, the Defendant’s house located in the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ, and the fact is true, despite the fact that the Victim F, who is in charge of the president of the D Association E branch, has no useful fact that the victim F, who is in charge of the president of the D Association E branch, has access to the next Internet car page, receives advertising proceeds of KRW 14.2 million from the production of the member pocket, and uses the remaining money to pay KRW 6.2 million at the expense of the book production, and also 5 million at the expense of the D Association E branch.
