1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 446,498,895 and KRW 100,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 446,498,895 from November 7, 2018, and KRW 346,498,895.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. (amended at the date of the first pleading, the Plaintiff stated the claim for damages for delay among the claims in accordance with the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading as stated in the Disposition).
