A. The Plaintiff is the producer of the 20 parts of the 20 parts of the 20 parts of the 20 parts of the broadcasts from B to C, “E” (hereinafter “the instant drama”).

B. On March 8, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into an indirect advertisement (PL) that exposes the Defendant’s brand and products in the instant drama (PL) with the Defendant and the Defendant’s agent, as follows, and the Defendant entered into an agreement on the process of manufacturing promotion (hereinafter “instant agreement”).

Article 4 (Opening of Production Support) A (Defendants) The details of support and support for production cooperation to B (Plaintiffs) in connection with the production of the program are as follows:

(b) Details of production sponsors;

A’s brand “Blue” shall be exposed to the scope prescribed by the broadcast-related laws and regulations, such as the Broadcasting Act and the Rules on the Announcement of Sponsors as a producer of the production cooperation, and specific details thereof shall be governed by the subsidiary agreement.

Provided, That the change may be made by mutual agreement.

Article 8 (Subsidies for Production and Payment)

3. Any balance shall be paid 51,000,000 won (VAT Map) in cash within 3 days after the 20th broadcast of a program.

Of the subsidiary contract, a notice of production support caption (explal) content and unit price-related contents: 60,000,000 won (i time 3,000,000 won x 20 times) (F): 30,000,000 won (i time) exposure to products: 30,000 won (i time) exposure to products: 30,000,000 won (one time): 50,000 won (i time 10,000,000 won x 5 times) and exposure to the store under mutual agreement.
