Nevertheless, around 00:00 on November 03, 2013, the Defendant sold juvenile D(16 years of age) only 4 disease, beer disease, and 7 disease, which are drugs harmful to juveniles, to the juvenile D(16 years of age) restaurant at the “C” restaurant operated by the Defendant in Gwangju Mine-gu.
