Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, we affirm the judgment of the court below that the facts charged of this case is guilty on the grounds as stated in its holding, and there were no errors in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the crime of violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (Defamation) by misapprehending the law of logic and experience

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
