1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant and the Victim B (hereinafter “victim”) were members of the same group of friendship group, and engaged in tourism in Jeju-do on October 28, 2016. On the same day, around 23:40 on the same day, the Defendant and the Victim B (hereinafter “victim”) moved to and continued to drink “G” restaurant located in the Seopo City F in the vicinity of the lodging center, with C, D, and E during the day, while playing alcohol, the victim was deemed to have been a victim and went out of the said restaurant to the end of the time.
