Defendant

A and Defendant B shall be sentenced to one year of imprisonment, and Defendant C shall be sentenced to eight months of imprisonment, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant F.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

H and Defendants conspired to engage in so-called “loan Fraud” by deceiving a credit guarantee insurance company to borrow money for three months after opening three offices of call centers in the Daegu region, and mediating loans to those who need to borrow money, and by deceiving them to do so at a low interest rate of 7% if they pay deposit money for three months, and by deceiving them to transfer money under the name of deposit.

According to the above public offering, the above H served as a general management of the so-called lending fraud organization; Defendant A served as a training and management of call center offices, including Daegu-gu I; Defendant B served as an intermediary management such as cash withdrawal; Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, and Defendant G served as an incentive for victims, such as introducing loans by telephone to victims.

At around 16:00 on June 8, 2012, the Defendants conspired with the above H and granted a loan of KRW 11,00,000 to the victim J through HK Savings Bank, etc., a lending company, at the above-gu I Call Center office, etc., and then, the Defendants acquired KRW 3,520,000 from the above J to the national bank account (L) in the name of the juristic person (L), 3,520,00 won from the day of the above J to February 25, 2013, with the total amount of KRW 117,50,500,000 in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes, as follows.
