In light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below's finding the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case for the reasons as stated in its reasoning is justified, and there is no error of law by misunderstanding facts in violation of logical and empirical rules or by misunderstanding the legal principles as to the criminal intent of fraud, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
