1. The defendant shall pay 39,750,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 4, 200 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on July 3, 200, lent KRW 39,750,00 to the defendant on July 3, 200 by setting the due date of payment to 2% per month of interest, and then filed a loan claim lawsuit with the Seoul Western District Court 2005Kadan46762, Nov. 24, 2005, the defendant paid 39,750,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 4, 2000 to the day of full payment, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 21, 2005, the defendant paid 39,750,000 won to the plaintiff at the rate of 20% per annum from August 4, 200 to the day of full payment (Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act). In order to suspend the extinctive prescription, the above judgment claim for the payment of the above amount of the claim for payment.
