1. Indication of claim: The obligation based on the judgment mentioned in paragraph (1) of this Article shall be determined on August 27, 2012 by the Plaintiff and decided on September 14, 2012 with the decision of immunity granted by the Gwangju District Court 201Da1771 on August 27, 2012; even if the decision of immunity was omitted in the list of creditors of the decision of immunity, the Plaintiff may be unaware of it and thus, the Plaintiff did not know it and thus, the objection raised to claim
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment on deemed confessions (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
