On October 22, 2016, at around 11:10 on October 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) went to the left at the intersection in front of the C Building on the ground that the d (49 years old) of the direct victim D (the d's 49 years old) was obvious to the date of the cargo vehicle and accident, and (b) took a bath to the victim on one occasion of the victim's left face, and assaulted the victim on one occasion at his head.
