Criminal facts

1. Interference with business;

A. On August 1, 2013, from around 20:20 to 20:45, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s hotel business by having the customers, who frank at the same time, get out of the room, and talking with the Defendant on the ground that the employees did not contact with the Defendant on the ground that the Defendant did not contact with the Defendant.
